凤梨牛油蛋糕


















好久没弄过了~


当早餐不错吃哦^^






Ingredients:


butter 257g


sugar 143g


salt 1/4 tsp


eggs 4


plain flour 170g


baking powder 1/2 tsp


pineapple(drained) 1can






Method:



  1. Grease and line a 9"in square cake tin.preheat oven to 180.C



  2. Beat butter & sugar and salt until light and fluffy.


  3. Add in eggs,one at a time,beating thoroughly after each addition.


  4. Retain half can of drained pineapples and cut each into 2 slices horizontally, for decoration.Chop the remaining pineapples into dices and mix into batter.


  5. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder.Mix until well,baked 50-60minute.
